Exhaustion Reaction Time


One of the main factors of physical fitness is “Reaction Time”. Keeping normal reaction time in intense trainings is Keeping a low reaction time is an important point in every sport. Many athletes lose their best reactime along with the contest so, they lose!   The effect of physiological, neurological and chemical behavior of different organs in different positions changes the sensitivity in responding to stimulus. The has been a lot of reaction time test devices with various models , but none could simulate the situation of the test to the situation of contest and training. Reaction time changes dramatically  along the contest or a progressing training regarding the change in phases of metabolism until exhaustion time. Using reaction time graph of the body or a specific organ, you can assess the athlete’s behavior toward this factor. Analyzing or comparing the changes with standard norms , improving functionality of athlete is possible. This test may help examinée in either sport or rehabilitation.
